Questions and Answers

Leila tagged me 10 days ago to play this game but I didn't get the chance to post my answers til now. Really, I was doing so well for a while there, stitching and posting regularly, but then I just kept sewing and forgot to blog. Forgive me!!
poor internet connection is to blame once again. Lots of good things to post about though (Monday's my last day of work, woohoo!) so hopefully I can get into a groove again soon.

Today though, we get some nice random questions. Won't you play along if you haven't already?

Here Are the Rules: Answer the following questions about yourself. At the end of the post you pass on the questions to 6 other bloggers and list their names. Then write them a comment telling them that they've been tagged and ask them to read your blog. Let the person who tagged you know that you've accepted the challenge and refer to your post.

1. What were you doing 10 years ago?
June 1998-- I think it was around this time that I went camping in rural Wisconsin with my high school boyfriend. The "camp ground" was part of a farm and we could hear the cows mooing during the night. It rained most of the week and we were miserable.
2. Five items on your to-do list today:
Quilt guild board meeting, Family Day at work, change bed linens, grocery shopping, shred old paperwork. Yay, I'm almost done.
3. Snacks I enjoy:
Double-stuffed Oreos, string cheese, ice cream, Good N Plentys, candy corn.
4. Places you have lived:
Evergreen Park, IL
Tuscaloosa, AL
Northampton, MA
Katsurazaka, Kyoto, Japan
Muroran, Hokkaido, Japan
Atlanta, GA
Fall River, MA
and soon somewhere in suburban Long Island, NY (Yay!)
5. What would you do if you were a billionaire?
I'd like to make sure my family were debt free and all living comfortably. I'd arrange for the next generation in the family to have their educations paid for. I'd donate money to my college. We'd probably get a nice summer home in Greece. Lots more money would go to charity, but which ones I'm not sure of. These days I feel strongly about environmental issues and education, so I guess it would go in that direction. Tough question.

And I'm gonna tag:
Dorie,
Makiba,
Carolyn,
Heidi,
and you!

I think you were pretty quick about responding to the tag! I'm not sure that I'd have done it as quickly. That's really interesting that you lived in Japan. I'd like to perhaps live in another country for a while but it seems like an unlikely thing at this point!
