Work in Progress Friday

I have been working on this piece on and off this past week. It's amazing how the school year really just starts with a bang and all the sudden the really calm and crafty girl I was last week seems to have been lost in the shuffle. I am determined to find balance though, so even if I only get in 20-30 minutes of sewing 3 times a week, atleast that's something.
This will eventually be a wall hanging. I started it 3.5 years ago as I intended to give it to my cousin as a wedding present. She's currently pregnant with her 3rd child and I'll be so impressed with myself if she gets it for Christmas this year. *sigh*
I'd love to post more, but C's downstairs making hamburgers and we better start the grill before it gets dark.
